Hi, I’m Erica Cheever, founder of Coached By Erica, LLC. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an ISSA Certified Nutritionist, but more than that, I’m here to help you feel confident, strong, and truly comfortable in your own skin.

I began my fitness journey in 2017, but like many, it was an on-and-off rollercoaster. Struggling with mental health and body image issues since I was 14 made consistency a challenge. I get it, and I’ve been there. It wasn’t until 2020 that I made the commitment to real, lasting change, and that’s when everything began to fall into place.
From a young age, I knew my purpose was to help others. My passion for fitness is matched by my desire to see women transform not just their bodies, but the way they feel about themselves. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than watching someone build confidence, strength, and a sense of empowerment along their journey.

I’m here to support women who’ve faced similar struggles in losing weight, building resilience, and developing the mental strength needed to not only achieve their fitness goals but keep the weight off for good. Together, we’ll focus on sustainable habits—not quick fixes or extreme diets—so you can feel amazing inside and out.
